YEREVAN. – Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian on Monday met with political directors of Poland and Sweden foreign ministries Jarosław Bratkiewicz and Torbjörn Sohlström who are in Yerevan for consultations ahead of Eastern Partnership summit in Riga.
The sides exchanged views on Armenia-EU relations and working on a new legal framework, as well as preparation for the Eastern Partnership summit in Riga.
Minister Nalbandian confirmed Armenia's approach that envisages development and deepening of cooperation with EU on different directions, given Armenia's commitments to other international integration formats.
The sides discussed regional problems and the ways of solution. Minister Nalbandian briefed colleagues on the events marking centennial of the Armenian Genocide.
