YEREVAN. – Until the president, foreign minister or any other representative of Nagorno-Karabakh sits at negotiation table, the talks cannot contain a real element, secretary of Heritage faction said.

The ceasefire agreement was the most considerable achievement during the entire peace process, Tevan Poghosyan stated. 

“Unfortunately, this document does not have continuation. Nowadays ceasefire agreements can be met rather in textbooks. But we all realize that our army in fact maintains the real ceasefire regime,” he said.

The Karabakh ceasefire agreement came into effect on May 12, 1994.
