Macedonian Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski has accepted the resignations of the country’s interior and transport ministers as well as the intelligence chief, reported AFP.
“Interior Minister Gordana Jankuloska, Transport Minister Mile Janakieski as well as the director of DBK Saso Mijalkov presented their resignations,” a government spokesman announced, reported RIA Novosti news agency of Russia.
The move is linked to the deaths at the weekend of 22 people in a police raid on an ethnic Albanian neighborhood in the northern town of Kumanovo, reported Reuters news agency.
