YEREVAN. – EU Commissioner on Education, Culture, Youth and Sport Tibor Navracsics pointed out three priorities for the Yerevan communique.

EU Commissioner participated in the discussions over communique during Ministerial Summit of the European Higher Education Area and the Fourth Bologna Policy Forum.

The first priority is improvement of the education quality, he said, adding that digital education must be included in the Bologna process.

The second priority is employment: “We support initiatives aimed at increasing the rate of employment. We have to discuss the issue in a broader sense, we need mighty human potential to preserve social direction. EU's goal is to have 40 percent of university graduates by 2020.”

And finally, the third priority is to increase responsibility of the students.
