YEREVAN. – Armenia should think over actions against hailstorms, PM Hovik Abrahamyan said.
He instructed the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Emergency Management to prepare a detailed report on the number of anti-hail stations needed to fully protect agricultural land of the country.
Earlier Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Emergency Management Vache Terteryan said at least 5,100 stations are necessary for the protection of the lands of Armenia and Karabakh. Now there are about 600 anti-hail stations in the country.
