PreferredRussian Deputy Foreign Minister Grigory Karasin on Wednesday receieved Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk.
They discussed situation in the Karabakh conflict zone, Russian Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
