YEREVAN. – The Ministry of Territorial Administration and Emergency Situations of Armenia received a distress call on Monday at 7:34am.

Accordingly, an accident had occurred in Ushi village on the Aparan-Ashtarak motorway, there were affected, and rescuers were needed.

A fire and rescue squad as well as an operative team from the Crisis Management Center were dispatched to the scene.

It was found out that a truck—with driver, Georgian citizen M. M., 19—had gone off road on the Ashtarak-Aparan motorway for yet unknown reasons, and rolled down 150 meters into the nearby garden.

The fire and rescue workers removed the driver’s dead body from the vehicle.
