STEPANAKERT. – President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan visited the town of Chartar to attend the opening of a new kindergarten.

The Head of the State highlighted the expansion of preschool education in different regions of the republic, underlining that the issue would remain at the spotlight of the authorities.

President Sahakyan expressed his gratitude to the philanthropist Vladimir Avagyan for the implementation of the project.

Primate of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church Archbishop Pargev Martirossyan and the republic’s high-ranking officials participated in the event.
