STEPANAKERT. – Nagorno-Karabakh Defense Minister Movses Hakobyan on Thursday received Andrzej Kasprzyk, the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office.
They discussed the situation at the line of contact between Karabakh and Azerbaijani armed forces as well as regional military and political developments.
