The G7 leaders agreed to extend sectorial sanctions against Russia, U.S. President Barack Obama said during a press conference of G7 summit in Germany.
The European partners confirmed that sanctions will remain in place until the Minsk agreement is being violated, Obama said, adding that the sanctions will be extended after June.
According to U.S. President, the G7 made it clear that if necessary, they are ready “to impose additional significant sanctions against Russia,” TASS reported.
