YEREVAN. – The Ministry of Territorial Administration and Emergency Situations of Armenia received a distress call on Saturday at 7am.

Accordingly, a fire had broken out in a residential building of Meghri city in the Syunik Province.

Five firefighting teams and a rescue squad were dispatched to the scene.

It was found out that the fire had broken out in the 3rd-floor apartments in the front part of the building.

The building was completely on fire.

The residents were evacuated.
