YEREVAN. – The American national currency (USD) exchange rate against the Armenian dram (AMD) was AMD 474.44/$1 in Armenia on Wednesday; this is down by AMD 0.59 from Tuesday.

The exchange rate for one euro was AMD 534.46 (down by AMD 0.14), that of one British pound was AMD 746.82 (up by AMD 6.96), and the rate of one Russian ruble was AMD 8.78 (up by AMD 0.03), informed the press service of the Central Bank of Armenia.

One gram of silver, gold and platinum amounted to AMD 243.29, AMD 18,043.01 and AMD 16,448.56, respectively.

The NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange, however, saw no USD trading on Wednesday.
