The funeral of well-known American Armenian businessman and philanthropist Kirk Kerkorian will be solely for the family members.

The publisher and editor of The California Courier English-language Armenian weekly, Harut Sassounian, told the above-said to Armenian News-NEWS.am.

And Armenian News-NEWS.am learned from Kerkorian’s close circles that a limited number of people—and primarily invitees—will attend Kerkorian’s interment.

They also informed us that the locations and times of Kerkorian’s wake and funeral ceremonies will become clear on Friday.

It is also still unclear who—if anyone—will represent Armenia at the funeral. Kirk Kerkorian died Tuesday at the age of 98.
