Remittances from Russia to the CIS countries have reduced by $1.7 billion or 46.6 percent in the first quarter of 2015, says the report issued by Russia's Central Bank.

The record declined was registered by Uzbekistan with remittances falling by 49.6 percent, the next are Ukraine and Tajikistan.

Armenia is included in the “middle group” with remittances falling by 46.9 percent.
