Eight employees of the construction implemented by Glendale Hills company in Akhuryan village of Armenia’s Shirak province can’t receive their salaries for already several months.

Frounzik Mkoyan, one of the ex-workers, told Armenian News – NEWS.am he doesn’t work at Glendale Hills for already a year, but hasn’t so far received his salary for 3 months.

“We have repeatedly addressed the relevant authorities, including the president of the republic, the PM and Minister of Urban Development, requesting them to help us get our salaries. But all our applications were readdressed to the “Glendale Hills” company. We have addressed everyone, but useless, nothing is being done,” Mkoyan said.

Public Relations and Information Department of Glendale Hills CJSC said the salaries of all the company workers in Armenia’s Gyumri city were paid. The final salary calculation of the aforementioned 8 workers, who, according to the company, were in charge of material assets, hasn’t yet been made. It will take place after the inventory of the company assets, according to the Department.

The workers, however, insisted that material responsibility was out of the question, since none of them had anything material there.
