STEPANAKERT. – President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan on Thursday received a delegation headed by Baroness Caroline Cox.
President Sahakyan hailed regular visits of Baroness to Artsakh, the continuous expansion of the delegations’ composition, considering it important from the viewpoints of getting acquainted with Artsakh and cementing friendly ties with Karabakh.
