YEREVAN. – A total of 71 percent of the respondents in Armenia think that no political force can bring the country out of the dire economic situation.

This is evidenced by the results of a survey conducted by the Gallup International Association Armenia Office. The survey was conducted in Yerevan and in the provinces, from July 6 through 13, and with 1,106 respondents.

Director of the Gallup Armenia Office, Aram Navasardyan, stated the abovementioned at a press conference on Friday. 

Accordingly, 50 percent of the respondents believe that the ruling Republican Party can solve such problems, whereas 12 percent say the opposition Prosperous Armenia Party has such capacity.

On the other hand, 2 percent of the respondents gave the opposition Heritage Party’s name while the opposition Armenian National Congress and Armenian Revolutionary Federation (ARF) Dashnaktsutyun Parties garnered 1 percent each, in this respect.

In addition, five other political forces collected up to 1 percent in this survey.
