Russia and its longstanding president Vladimir Putin opposes changes to the Constitution of Ukraine on decentralization of power, Ukraine's Petro Poroshenko said.
According to him, Putin is the first person to oppose constitutional changes. Russia wants to coordinate the process of decentralization, Poroshenko said, adding that he would not let them do so.
“If Russia does not like the changes, we are moving the right way,” he emphasized.
