YEREVAN. – The program to extend the lifetime of the second energy unit of the Armenian Nuclear Power Plant will be implemented in two phases.
The President of Armenia, Serzh Sargsyan, announced the aforementioned speaking at Tuesday’s fourteenth regular session of the Presidential Nuclear Energy Safety Council.
Sargsyan added that the two respective agreements have entered into force and the relevant activities have begun.
