YEREVAN. – The American dollar’s (USD) exchange rate against the Armenian dram (AMD) comprised AMD 471.41/$1 in Armenia on Tuesday; this is up by AMD 0.67 from Monday.

The exchange rate for one euro was AMD 520.63 (up by AMD 1.59), that of one British pound was AMD 722.58 (up by AMD 0.32), and the rate of one Russian ruble was AMD 7.40 (down by AMD 0.16), informed the press service of the Central Bank of Armenia.

In addition, one gram of silver, gold and platinum amounted to AMD 244.01, AMD 17,678.17 and AMD 15,050.09, respectively.

Tuesday’s trading totaled USD 350,000 at NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange. The transactions were conducted at an average exchange rate of AMD 472/$1, and the trading session closed at AMD 472.01/$1.
