YEREVAN. - Registration of water lines will be opened in Armenia, Martin Sargsyan, Chairman of the State Committee of Real Estate Cadastre, stated today in the Armenian parliament, introducing the project of amendments to the Law on State Registration of Property Rights.

The real property objects can be divided according to territory, at the same time constituting a unified whole and being connected with engineering infrastructures. According to Sargsyan, the issue here is the registration of these very infrastructures.

“We want to give the opportunity to register potable and irrigation, telecommunication and other infrastructures, which despite being movable property, need registration to ascertain the rights to ownership,” he said.
