An exhibition of the works by 35 painters from around the world has opened in Cagliari, Italy. 

These painters have combined their efforts in order to preserve the recollection of the Armenian Genocide, Unione Sarda newspaper reported.

Aside from paintings, however, films and literature are also presented in this exhibition, which is entitled “Death March through Desert: 1915-2005.”

The exhibition, which opened on November 6, will run until Sunday.  

In 2016, the exhibition will be held in Milan and in Yerevan.
