President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, Bako Sahakyan, on Monday issued a congratulatory address in connection with the Police Officer Day.

“Dear Police officers and veterans:

“The work you carry out to protect the national security, maintain public order, and ensure public safety prevent and deter crime and violations of the law, detect and disclose offenses is full of challenges and responsibility.

“This is precisely why the policemen are required to adopt an all-out effort and show a profound devotion to their profession, native people and the Homeland, exercise duties with enhanced skills, and efficiently fulfill the tasks that are set.

“Improving the working and social conditions of police staff will continue to be at the focus of the state,” President Sahakyan’s message specifically runs.
