STEPANAKERT. – The Azerbaijani propaganda has released a video on the “triumphant actions” by its armed forces.

It has also alleged that, as a result of their artillery strikes, the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) Defense Army has suffered numerous casualties, including Colonel Jalal Harutyunyan, who is Deputy Commander of the Mountain Rifle Division of the NKR Defense Army.

The NKR Ministry of Defense (MOD), however, officially announced that this “information” by Azerbaijan has nothing to do with reality. 

Colonel Harutyunyan is in his office, and he successfully carries out his tasks.
