On December 7, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, Edward Nalbandian, will pay a visit to the Belgian capital city of Brussels.

At the European Union (EU) Headquarters, Nalbandian and High Representative of the EU for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice-President of the European Commission, Federica Mogherini, will announce the official launch of the talks on a new legal document between Armenia and the EU.

On the same day, the two officials will also meet, and, subsequently, they will make statements for the press.
