The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR, or Artsakh), Karen Mirzoyan, on Sunday left for the US on a working visit.
Within the framework of the trip, Mirzoyan will deliver an address at a traditional event in the US Congress, and devoted to the independence of Artsakh.
The NKR FM will also hold several talks, including with representatives of the local Armenian organizations and some Congress members.
