YEREVAN. – The President of Armenia, Serzh Sargsyan, on Tuesday received board members of the Eurasian Fund for Stabilization and Development (EFSD). 

First, the President welcomed the guests, who are in capital city Yerevan within the framework of the 24th meeting of the EFSD Board. 

Sargsyan noted that Armenia’s collaboration along the lines of the EFSD is developing with success.

The President expressed confidence that the implementation of EFSD-funded investment and infrastructure projects in Armenia will contribute to the socioeconomic progress of the country.

The interlocutors agreed that the carrying out of large investment projects will enable to further strengthen the integration ties between Armenia and the other EFSD member countries.

They also reflected on the prospects for and priority directions of further development of cooperation.

In addition, the Armenian President and the EFSD Board members exchanged views on the current developments in and challenges facing world economy.
