YEREVAN. - The road from Yerevan to Garni Temple and Geghard Monastery will be restored by new technologies in 2016.  Armenia’s First Deputy Minister of Transport Artur Arakelyan stated the aforementioned in the parliament today.

According to him, the highway is located in a landslide zone. “Together with the specialists, we have found a difficult but not a very expensive decision,” Arakelyan said. In Arakelyan’s words, the restoration of another touristic road to Parz Lake (not far from Armenia’s Dilijan spa town) is also scheduled.
