YEREVAN. – The primary New Year decoration and outdoor lighting installations are completed in Yerevan, the capital city of Armenia.

Mayor Taron Margaryan was reported the aforementioned at Monday’s regular working consultation at Yerevan Municipality. 

It was also informed that New Year festivities will take place in all administrative districts of the Armenian capital city. 

In addition, a best New Year design contest is announced.

The Yerevan New Year celebrations will kick off Monday at 7:30pm, local time, with the switching on of the lights of the main Christmas tree at Republic Square, and of the festive outdoor lighting throughout the city.
