YEREVAN. – The information divisions of the Armenia and Russian Ministries of Foreign Affairs (MFAs) on Wednesday held consultations in Moscow.
The foreign ministry of Armenia informed Armenian News-NEWS.am that the participants discussed the activities of the Russian media in Armenia and the Armenian media in Russia, and reflected on the peculiarities of information work along the lines of the Eurasian Economic Union and the CSTO (Collective Security Treaty Organization).
The discussants also exchanged views on the dissemination of information in social networking websites and the most effective use of the opportunities they provide.
They also underscored the need to conduct education programs and exchange knowhow in the information domain.
