“We should not think how to maintain status quo and rule Karabakh territories. We should try to create such atmosphere that in 15 years, on the conditions that there will be no internal borders in the South Caucasus, it will be uninteresting and not vital within what country Karabakh exists. Whether any German or French is interested where Alsace or Lataringia is situated? Meanwhile, France and Germany have been at war for 300 years for these regions.
