Research associates of the Beijing university discovered a so-called gene of loneliness which owners had bigger risk (20%) not to meet their second half  than other people.

The gene of loneliness can be formed due to the very low level of serotonin in the blood, Informing reported.

Scientists conducted a test with the participation of 600 students. Experts watched the personal lives of volunteers and analyzed the data.

As it turned out, loneliness gene owners do not experience desire to the opposite sex and can stay alone for a long time and at the same time feel normal.
