34 people are missing due to flooding in Hebei province of China, reports the  Xinhua news agency . Earlier it was reported that there is one dead and 6 missing in Hebei Province. According to the Water Resources Department of Hebei Province , 19 provinces were affected from the flood; 11 reservoirs, 2 hydropower  stations, 112 telecommunications stations were damaged. Authorities have evacuated 67 thousand people .
