YEREVAN. – U.S. Ambassador to Armenia Richard Mills on Saturday visited a journalist and a cameraman injured as a result of the Friday clashes between protesters and police.
Ambassador refused to comment on the events, agency’s correspondent reports from the hospital.
“An official statement will follow,” he said.
Over dozen reporters were injured in clashes. People dressed as civilians were damaging the equipment of reporters, including the camera of Armenian News-NEWS.am.
