A 10-minute video containing threats to the Russian president has been released allegedly by the Islamic State militants, RIA Novosti reported.
In their video posted on YouTube, terrorists call for jihad in Russia and threaten to kill President Putin.
At the momenta it is impossible to determine the author of the video, as well as the one who posted it.
