The Secretary General of the Council of Europe will arrive in Turkey on August 3 . During his visit, there are scheduled meetings are the authorities and the opposition. In particular , Jagland will meet with the Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan , Prime Minister Binali Yildirim , and Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusogli and Justice Minister Bekir Bozdağ .
