Information introduced to the Ombudsman by the members of Heritage party Armen Martirosyan and David Sanasaryanom are submitted to the Prosecutor’s Office, informs the Armenian News - NEWS.am. As the Ombudsman’s office told, a day after the arrests of “Hello , Yerevan” fraction members Armen Martirosyan and David Sanasaryan , on July 30 the representatives of the Office visited the place of detention and spoke face to face with the detainees. Immediately after the arrest Ombudsman personally visited Martirosyan and Sanasaryan in Nubarashen penitentiary.

The members of the faction "Hello , Yerevan ! " addressed the Ombudsman in the City Council on August 5 with a public statement, asking him to assist to change the measure of restraint as a form of arrest accepted against Martirosyan and Sanasaryan .

Taking into account the results of the latest talks , as well as the circumstances set out in the statement of the faction "Hello , Yerevan ! " , the process of discussing that issue began . Later the Ombudsman compiled  all the information provided by Martirosyan and Sanasaryan in accordance with the established procedure and submitted them to the Acting Prosecutor General for discussion.
