YEREVAN. - President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan has conveyed a congratulatory message to his Indian counterpart Pranab Mukherjee on occasion of the Independence Day of India, the press-service of the Armenian President reports.
The country gained independence from the British Empire on 15 August 1947.
