Barack Obama interrupts his vacation to campaign for presidential candidate from Democratic Party, Hillary Clinton, Daily Mail reported.

Obama plans to attend a dinner organized to collect funds for the Democratic campaign. The organizers of the event, which will take place on the island of Martha's Vineyard in the south-east of the State of Massachusetts, are Democrats Hank Goldberg and his wife, Carol. The couple will organize at their home in Chilmark, the same town where the president is renting a vacation home with his wife, Michelle and daughters Malia and Natasha.

According to the news agency, guests attending the fundraiser are asked to contribute between $10,000 and $33,400.

Election of the president of the USA and both chambers of the congress will take place on November 8. Obama finishes the second term president’s post and can't stand again.

The main contenders for the presidency are the candidate from Republicans Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton from Democrats.
