The member of Sasna Tserer Hovhannes Harutyunyan has problems with kidneys, said his lawyer Hayarpi Sargsyan to the NEWS.am. According to her, Hovhannes due to the injury in his leg was lying almost uninterruptedly on his back, which caused problems with kidneys .

"It's been a month he is lying on his back. There have emerged stones in his kidneys, which needs an appropriate treatment. I also applied to Erebuni medical center to get a copy of his medical card, " she said.

Hovhannes Harutyunyan was injured and taken to the hospital on July 26 . He is accused in accordance with paragraph 1 of the Article 219 (3) and paragraph 3 of the Article 235 of the Criminal Code. Detention is ruled as a preventive measure.
