YEREVAN. – Armenia’s new Ambassador to Kuwait, Manvel Badeyan, on Wednesday presented a copy of his credentials to Sheikh Sabah Al-Khalid Al-Sabah, First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kuwait.

Congratulating the ambassador on his appointment, the Kuwaiti FM wished him success in his activities, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia informed Armenian News-NEWS.am. Al-Sabah also expressed satisfaction with the high level of relations and mutual visits as well as profound cooperation with Armenia, and the activities of the embassies of the two countries.

Ambassador Badeyan, for his part, expressed gratitude to Kuwait and its foreign ministry for the assistance and close cooperation ever since the founding of the Armenian embassy. He also assured that the priority of his diplomatic mission will be to make close comprehensive cooperation with Kuwait grow deeper.

The interlocutors stressed the importance of intensifying mutual visits, expanding legal framework, and deepening ties between the two friendship countries.
