If the U.S. agrees with logic of respect for Russia's interests, the relationship will be changed fundamentally, otherwise thaw in relations will not come, Russian President Vladimir Putin stated.
According to him, the US-Russia relations are in a rather frozen state, but Moscow is not to blame, RIA Novosti reported.
Putin said that if their partners agree with other logic, with the logic of mutual interests, respect for each other's interests, the relations will also change.
