France's far-right National Front political party leader Marine Le Pen promised to hold a referendum on France's EU membership in case of her election as a president in 2017, Daily Express reported.
“This referendum on France belonging to the European Union, I will do it. Yes it is possible to change things. Look at the Brits, they chose their destiny, they chose independence,” she said.
