The German Foreign Minister Frank -Walter Steinmeier will visit Kyiv next week to discuss prospects of meeting with the French Foreign Minister Jean - Marc Ayrault in the Norman format , reports the TASS referring to the German Foreign Minister . "Next week I will be in Ukraine with my French colleague and will discuss when we can or whether we can have a meeting in the Norman format," said Steinmeier in the Bundestag .
