The United States and Russia have reached an agreement on establishing a cease-fire throughout Syria. However, some technical details still need to be revised, reports the Reuters, referring to the US State Department.
At present it is not known whether the parties can reach a final agreement on this issue. The source the Gazeta referred to, informed about the agreement on the situation between John Kerry and Sergei Lavrov a day after their negotiations.
