Russia wants to make public agreements reached with the U.S. on Syria, but Washington prefers to keep them secret so far, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stated.

He noted that Moscow suggested to publish a package of documents  which was approved by the Russian Federation and the U.S. in Geneva on September 9 not to keep it in a secret as American side wanted, RIA Novosti reported.

Lavrov said that they had nothing to hide. Everything that was written there was a subject of agreement and they undertook the obligation to carry out everything conscientiously. He said that they would try to achieve publication of this document. They suggested to approve this document without any changes by the resolution of the UN Security Council.
