The German Foreign Minister Frank Steinmeier announced that the EU does not support rumors about a possible expulsion of Hungary, reports the DW.  "Personally, I do not believe that it is possible to show any European country the door,” said Steinmeier during his visit to Latvia. He stressed that the opinion of his colleague from Luxembourg is not the " position agreed " among the European countries’ leaders.

"On the other hand, given the ongoing discussions between the European Commission and the Hungarian government, I can understand, when some people are losing patience," said the German diplomat. Earlier, the Foreign Minister of Luxembourg Jean Asselborn required to deprive Hungary from the EU membership due to the policy of the current Prime Minister Viktor Orban.
