On September 15 Yerevan's Arabkir and Kanaker - Zeytun administrative districts ' general jurisdiction court will examine the motion on Aram Manukyan’ release on bail submitted by the attorney of Sasna Tserer group member Aram Manukyan, said the attorney Harutyun Baghdasaryan to the NEWS.am. 

It is possible that Aram Manukyan be moved to the court to be present at the examination of the motion. After operation Aram Manukyan has been able to walk with the help of crutches.

Aram Manukyan is charged under Part 3, Point 1 of Article 219  of the  Criminal Code (seizure of buildings, facilities, transportation or means of communication, committed by an organized group) and paragraph 3 of Article 235 ( sale, storage, transportation, or carrying of illegal weapons, ammunition, explosives and explosive devices organized by an organized group).
