YEREVAN. - Sasna Tsrer armed group member Pavlik Manukyan may be discharged from hospital on Tuesday.

His attorney, Harutyun Baghdasaryan, told the aforementioned to Armenian News – NEWS.am on Monday, noting that he visited his client today.

“Manukyan feels relatively well and is “disposed revolutionarily.” He may already be discharged tomorrow,” the attorney said.  

He also noted that the motion by the preliminary investigation body on prolonging his arrest will be discussed on September 22.

Pavlik Manukyan and his son Aram were wounded in their legs during a shootout in the captured police station on July 27.  They face charges under Article 218.3 (Occupation of buildings, facilities) and 235.3 (Illegal procurement, transportation or carrying of weapons, ammunition, explosives or explosive devices.) of the Armenian Criminal Code.
