The mayor of Warsaw requires the Russian Embassy to pay 260 million rubles for using two buildings on non-contractual basis. As the RIA Novosti reports the city requires the amount of 123 million for one and 144 for the other building, since they were used without real estate contracts.

Russia uses several real estates in Warsaw: some of them are Moscow’s property, whereas others are used on a contractual basis. At the same, some of the buildings in Warsaw and Gdansk, according to the Polish side, are used without any contract. Therefore, the authorities of Poland currently introduced a payment system, the violation of which will allow Poland to apply to the court. On October 10, the Warsaw District Court postponed the hearing of this case till January 2017. The Judge explained that the delay was applied in order to consider the method of delivery of the forms and attached annexes to the respondent.
